Domestic Shipping - When Will My Order Arrive?
Domestic orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and national holidays. Orders placed after 12PM PST or during the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.
Orders are shipped every week Tuesday's and Friday's. The cut off time is by 4:00 pm the day prior.
Any order that qualifies for free shipping will be sent via standard post in Canada. After leaving our warehouse, all deliveries will be made according to the carrier's procedures, therefore we cannot guarantee a particular delivery date or time.
Keep in mind that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, shipping delays are common and unforeseen. Know that we’re also excited for you to receive your order! And we’re doing our best to ensure it arrives as safely and quickly as possible. Your patience is appreciated.

We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.

We can arrange shipping to most locations. Just send us an email! We'll help you work out the best possible shipping option for what you need. However, note that we do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.
United States & International Shipping - When Will My Order Arrive?
Canada Post - Arrives in 10-15 business days
Canada Post Expedited - Arrives in 7-10 business days
International Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding foreign customs processing. All international orders that are shipped with Canada Post and USPS will have a tracking number so that you can trace your package during transit.
You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information before placing an order.
